FAQ

Why do I need a photographer like you?

In short, a photographer like me can help to provide an accurate, yet artistic, representation of a property as well as, represent your brand as a top tier and sought after Realtor, Builder/Architect or Home Owner.

When can I expect the images to be delivered?

You will receive an email from me 24 - 48 hours from the end of the shoot stating that the images are ready for download. Easily pay your remaining balance and a private download link will be emailed to you.

How do the images get delivered to me?

The email I send stating that the images are ready will have a button labeled VIEW PHOTOS. Once you click the VIEW PHOTOS button, you will be taken to an on-line digital gallery. There you will find all of the images displayed beautifully. Then you’ll click the DOWNLOAD button in the gallery, select your package in the cart and pay for the package. Once the remaining balance is taken care of you will receive a receipt and a download link to begin the download process of the images.

What is staging?

Staging is a professional service provided by someone with a background in interior design or virtual staging software. A stager often has home accessories and even furniture which are used to enhance the features and strengths of a home for shooting real estate and architectural photography. While GORDON PHOTOGRAPHY does not provide staging services, we do provide a detailed Home Preparation Guide so that the session produces the best result.

So how long will this take?

Oh, an hour, more or less. We shoot until we are finished. Every home is different, every home is unique, every home is a blank canvas. We stay until we feel that we have captured the feel of your home.

Can I be home for this?

Sure! We may make you hang out in the laundry room for a few minutes, but that's just part of the fun. You can inventory your cleaning supplies.

What payment types do you accept?

Cash or check are great, but credit cards are also accepted via my linked invoice. You can make checks out to "GORDON PHOTOGRAPHY."
