Discussion of Concept, Scope, and Timeline
We strive to create an open and collaborative relationship with each client. Think of our initial conversation as a brainstorming session. Together, we will discuss every aspect of the project. It's important that we have a clear understanding of the size, direction, and complexity of what we hope to achieve. Think about the number of locations to shoot, the number of photos that we hope to produce, and any relevant deadlines for the project. It's also important to discuss the usage of the photos and any licensing terms which may be required.

Create Estimate & Sign Contract
Once the goals for the project are discussed, we will create an estimate for the work. The estimate will detail the number of photos to be produced, the rate, and licensing fees. We hate surprises, so we take great care to be sure that the price we quote is the price we will charge. We understand that every project is unique and will scale our services appropriately. Whether it's a quick exterior of your storefront or a full set of photos of your newest community, we'll only charge what's fair.
Photoshoot
Shoots can range from a single afternoon to several days. The length depends on many factors including the size of the project and the difficulty of the shoot.
We have an 'open set' policy. That means you may choose to be present during the photoshoot, however it is not required. Quite often, our interior design clients wish to be present to ensure that their aesthetic is captured 'just right.'
Delivery of Final Product, Billing & Payment
The photos are edited, retouched, and delivered electronically in a variety of formats. The turnaround time varies between 24/48 hours, depending on the project. At this time, an invoice for the work will also be presented.
